Verboss,

You need to upgrade to 6.2.6 or 7.0.1. The version you are running is not compatible with the Microsoft DST patch.

Hi David,

I am using 7.0.1. I have the KB931836 update for Windows XP (the DST patch). But it still is not running. Any help would be appreciated.

Regards

Did you install directly from the 7.0.1 source?
Could you post the version number that shows on your splash screen?

This error (216) is typical of the DST issue, so I would suggest you double check it.
