In SLX I have a group that pulls contacts who haven't ordered a sale in 90 days.

My group pulls information from two tables, the contact and a table created by me that's named sales.

Here's is what I created:

Client Number Contains Data ' Checks to see if they are a client (based off the contact table)
Email Contains Data ' Checks to see if client has email address (based off the contact table)
(Contact Do Not Email not equal to T
contact Do Not Solicit not Equal to T)
NOT SALE createdate with in lst 90 days (based of sales create date on sales table)
accountmanagerid equal to :userID

I pretty much understand why it's still putting in customers that have sales within the 90 days, but can't figure out how to fix it.

The problem lies in that each contact can have multiple sale records in the sales table so if the contact has a sale before 90 days and a sale within the 90 days the record will still show.

So this group only works for client who only have one sale... Any workaround for this?

Thanks in advance, -RJ

Rob -- if you're using Sage KnowledgeSync, there are some pre-configued events that trigger off of such things as "no sales in 'x' days" or "no contact within 'x' days" so if you'd like me to send one of these examples to you (or discuss how it can be done over the phone), just let me know.
