I have a problem where the Notes-History is showing up in the Account level and it's tied to the Contact but when I click on the Contact their Notes-History is all of a sudden blank. They have this system since 2004 so it has worked but now it just disappeared for them. when a note is entered in the Contact level it shows up on the Account level only.

Does anyoen have any idea where I should start to troubleshoot it. it just started about a week ago when a user noticed it. There's no error message and Im not sure what to look for in the profiler.exe.
