This is for version 6.2.6.

The Outlook Integration features are working as normal. However, when opening Outlook an error message states: The add-in "[INSERT FILE PATH HERE]\slmn.dll" could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu."

How can I get rid of this error message?

Detect and Repair does not work.
Running "InstallOutlookIntegration" from the SalesLogix program folder does not work.
Our normal work-around to fix the SendSLX button (to restore a valid version of the slmn.dll file) does not work.

Any other suggestions or ideas?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Copy slmn.dll and slxab32.dll files from a known good installation into the "system32" and "program files\saleslogix" folders on the troubled machine. Then re-register the files.

Shutdown Outlook (make sure it's fully shutdown via process mgr).
check for slmn.dll in the registry. If you see it in the Exchange Extensions area - delete it
Do a search on the local disk for outcmd.dat and delete that file (it will be re-created).
Re-register the dll's
Run Outlook - should be OK now.
