Advanced Outlook Integration not working for Outlook delegate users

We use the advanced outlook integration, no intellisync. Jordan is an inside sales support rep for two outside sales reps. Jordan schdules activities in SLX and changes the leader to the outside sales person. Jordan has author auhority to the outside sales users for Outlook. When he creates activities for the ouside sales reps throught SalesLogix, no activity is created in Outlook for them.
He can manualy view the ouside sales rep's calendar and create meetings manually in outlook, so I know he has the correct access. Its also created in SalesLogix for the outside sales users.
Also, when he schedules activity in SalesLogix for himself, it copies over to his outlook calendar.
This use to work and now it is not. Please help! |
