v6.2.6

A user's "Export Group to Excel" button is suddenly disabled. He has the correct permissions in his profile in the Administrator. Our team of administrators is able to log in as the user on their computers and the button is enabled. We tried an uninstall/reinstall, but the problem still exists? Suggestions?

Delete the following directory contents and existing folders: "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SalesLogix\Cache". Then log in as the user and try to access the export to excel button.

If that does not fix it then recreate the user's local profile on the troubled machine.
