I have installed saleslogix 6.2.6 on windows 2003 x64 operating system, but i have got a problem with the reports.
I have also installed crystal reports v8.5 on the same machine and it is not working properly , and i receveid an error message :
phisycal database not found , i suppose it is a problem with the odbc version , there is nobody can help me about this.

SalesLogix does not support x64 platforms. You'll need to install on 32bit then retest.

Not quite true.....(as I posted in another thread in the forums).. SalesLogix is ALL 32 bit (and there's no firm plans to change that at the moment)....

BUT it's supposed to be 64 bit "friendly.."

However, Since (AFAIK) there's no plans for an SP7 for v6.2.x (it was "killed").. You will find that you will have to upgrade to 7.2.x to get around some of the 64 bit issues.. 7.2.2 is far more 64 bit friendly (SP2 is in RC2 right now... give it a couple of weeks and MAYBE it will go GA).
