buy naltrexone online usa naltrexone where to buy open sertraline and alcohol interaction sertraline alcohol death bistromc.org fiogf49gjkf0d Hi,
I am new to SalesLogix administration, but I've been given an assingment to troubleshoot an issue regarding Outlook integration. We're running SLX 6.2.1 and users are reporting an issue when they create a new activity and assign someone else as the Leader, that leader is not getting the activity on their Outlook calendar. It is making it to their SLX calendar, though. Is this a configuration issue or a bug? Again, since I'm new to all of this, any detail info would be helpful.
Thanks,

To be honest, I don't work with support issues often (so maybe someone else will chime in with a better answer ), but to me that sounds like a bug. I don't know of any configuration anywhere that would change that.
Good luck.

Probably so. It is working in the normal scenario of a user syncing up to their own Outlook calendar. Part of my problem is that this environment was configured by people who are no longer here. If I see "Outlook" on the SalesLogix Client main menu, does this mean it's installed? |

naltrexone and naloxone difference naloxone and naltrexone are examples of sbu.msdgc.org I have confirmed that it is installed, and that Advanced Outlook Integration is turned on. The key issue at hand is in regards to a user scheduling an Activity (Meeting, Phone Call, etc.). In it's current design AOI will not automatically send a notification or place the Acitivity on the Leader's Outlook calendar until that leader goes into Sales Logix and actually opens and edits that Acitivity. The official workaround for this is to add the leader as one of the invitees. Unfortunately our clients have rejected this solution. What I'm being asked to do is somehow "trick" the system into thinking that the Leader has edited the Activity, which woul then place the activity onto the Leader's Outlook calendar. I know, ridiculous, but any suggestions would be helpful. |

Are you running an Exchange shop ? If so, would strongly suggest you get a copy of Exchange Link from SLX - it automatically removes this unnecessary step. Essentially, the design spec was that if an appt goes into SLX it has to be confirmed in SLX before it then goes out again.
This is one of the primary reasons for our (e1) abandonment of Intellisync - it just doesn't work the way you want it to you. ExchangeLink is the way to go ! |

Just taking a chance here. Do you happen to use ExchangeLink? Our systems admin is having tons of issues with this software. Appts get lost, duplicated, etc. Is it possible he could talk to you regarding your implementation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest you have him contact your BP or SalesLogix Tech Support.
Sounds like "someone" forgot to read teh documentation. There's warnings in it about using Intelisync w/EL and AOI as well. -- RJLedger - rjlSystems |
