Best way to always register incoming email from known contactsYour last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

Good afternoon to all.

Our users don't want to have to clic on the Outlook SLX button to register each mail coming from a known contact. They tell us that, as emails are identified by the flag that SLX automatically puts on incoming emails from known contacts, in that moment, should be possible to automatically register the email on the history by executing the same action that it's launched by the button.

Please, can anybody tell me if it's possible to automatically registering the email on the contact's history when the contact is flagged by SLX outlook integration?

If not possible with standard SalesLogix-Outlook integration, would it be possible by any other means (for example, by using Outlook2CRM solution or similar?
