We need to disable Fax Mail Merge to more than one Fax number

We need to disallow mail merge to Fax to anymore than one Fax number at a time.
I hear from Chris Davis and Maria Amodei that this mail merge feature is a built-in feature and cannot be edited.
We want users to keep the ability to send out emails to more than one recipient at a time using the mail merge functionality in Saleslogix.
We are on version 6.2.6 of Saleslogix.
