Hi Everyone,

We run 200+ users in SLX v6.2.6.

I'm seeing a strange anomily with user's and their activity screens. A sales rep will complain that the Activity datagrid is missing columns. These screens, which I can't customize, seem to loose the most important columns in the grid - Activity Description, Account, Contact , and Phone number. The data grids still function properly, and the panel at teh bottom still contains the correct information. It's just teh data grid itself.

Once it happens, it happens to that user regardless of the computer that he/she uses.

There appears to be no "hidden" columns that we can expand. My only solution in the past was to create a brand new user from scratch, and migrate all the userID's over to that new record, and retire the old user. Fine where there is one user with the problem. Now I have two more! I can't be foinf that time and again.

Anyone ever seen this anomily?
