Ian, you aren't going crazy and it is easy (functionally, hasn't changed a bit). The picklist entries shown are the ones setup by Admin. The Add is there so they (the user) can add their own. But, these are distinct from everyone else. So, if the list is a,b,c added by Admin then the user can add d,e,f but can only edit d,e,f (as they highlight the entry the buttons will highlight). However, this does add a tad of an inconsistency in that another user may also add d,e,f but won't see the other users d,e,f - but the picklist table will now be a,b,c,d,e,f,d,e,f ! but each user will only see the global ones (a,b,c) and their own (d,e,f) ! |
