I can create one very easily w/TaskCEntre.. in fact I've got the "code" and workflow to do it.
FYI.. creating a ticket from code is not too hard.. BUIT the big issue is doing it EXACTLY the same way it's done in the WINDOWS/LAN (not web) client.. I say Windows/LAN because there are bugs in how the new 7.2.x (including 7.2.2) web ticket process).
There's "auto-assignment", etc... a whole bunch of things. We can even create tickets from email and you can't tell the difference. -- RJLedger - rjlSystems |
