Hi there
Using SLX 6.2.1, we have been using recurring meeting activities but as there is only one record in the History table, when we complete the first meeting, the subsequent meetings do not appear in our reports (produced out of Crystal Reports). This has meant that those reps without SLX in front of them are missing appts. It is visible front end.

Has anyone got any suggestions?

SLX stores only the next occurrance of recurring activities. The subsequent occurrances have to be determined from other fields in the Activity table: RecurIterations, RecurPeriod, RecurPeriodSpec, RecurSkip. There is a document on this titled "SalesLogix Recurring Activities Technical Bulletin" released on July 2003. I just did this last month in version 5.2 for a client needing a custom Complete Activity screen. It wasn't pretty - took about 40 hours, including debugging and testing - but is doable. The way I did it was to create a temporary table and expand all occurrances of recurring activities along with non-recurring ones then report on that.
