We have one user here who cannot print labels. During a bunch of tests I was able to make it print once to a differnt label type. Something like the Avery 5161. But when I changed the label type back to Avery 5164 it gave me this error

CRWReportWriter.GetCrystalReport did not return a report

That was the only time I was able to generate that error. I tried printing various labels types after that as well and they all printed as blank pages.

I've tried this on my workstation and the labels are printing fine. I think that rules out any plug-in issues.

Anyone ever run into something like this?
