					Activities - Mass Wipe Out

					fiogf49gjkf0d All;
  Are there any other tables that I need to hit if I want to wipe out old activities
  Activity User_Activity UserNotification
  Any tie-ins with History if it is still open? I am getting some hits, but I also have bad data (cleaning house) so I am unsure if it is supposed to be there... ?!
  Anyone done this before? Or am I the only one who has seen end users negelect a couple of activities?

					fiogf49gjkf0d I did something similar --I deleted activities created befor a specific data. Here is what I did.
  1. I used the Execute SQL function in the SalesLogix Workgroup Administrator to remove the Activities (make sure you execute against host and send to all remotes).
  2. I then ran the Integrity Checker and let is chean up any bogus records/references. |

					fiogf49gjkf0d Thanks Frank.

  You didn't find any other orphans that the Integrity Checker left out?

					fiogf49gjkf0d The only other tables associated with activity that make a difference are usernotification and user_activity. The integrity checker is supposed to have entries that clears orphans from these tables but it's not a bad idea to craft SQL statements to make sure these get handled too. |

					fiogf49gjkf0d Color me stupid for not reading the initial post. I would have seen you mention those tables already. Dur on my part. |
