Hello,

I have an unusal problem to solve where Saleslogix 7.5.2 and the Mail-Merge function does not work after a Windows update (auto-update) is\was performed. I am not able to retrieve the update information. But what I do know is the followinga) This problem occurs on the Client machine. (b) The operating system is Windows 7, I think it is 32Bit. (c) The Microsoft Office, I have been informed is Office 2007 (d) The internet explorer is version 8.

I have checked for fixes on this problem but to no avail. Please any help on this problem is greatly appreciated.

Take a look at www.empath-e.com go to resource page and check urgent issues. Would you say this is the issue ? Also you don't say what the issue actually is ?

hi Mike,

Thank you for your reply. The actual issue is that the mail-merge has stopped working after a Windows auto update is performed on the individual PC\Laptop. Thank you for the tip to look at your web-site which I will check out for a solution.

O I see there is no actual patch at the moment. Thanks Mike I will inform my client on what to do.
