We have a training module developed in house using SLX 7.5.4 LAN client. For each training event a meeting for the duration of that course should populate the instructors calander, these instructors are not SLX users and will never use SalesLogix yet their calanders need to be populated when the training event is created by the relevant SLX user.

What is the best way to achieve this?

Create an Outlook .CAL item.
