Release problem when upgrading bundle with AdministatorYour last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

Hello,

I use Administrator 6.2 to upgrade bundles (I've changed the code of some plugins in it).
But the Releasing Window doesn't display the former users for whom the bundle is released but some users linked with the last bundle I installed / upgraded.
Consequently I have to rechoice the right releases by clicking in the list whereas the bundle has the same releases.
Can I avoid this problem ? Is it fixed in another version ?

Thank you.

You may have better luck by upgrading the bundles in Administrator (per normal) and selecting the "Save as Project" option. Do not release in Administrator. Proceed to Architect, find the project and release per design.

Hmm... That is to say :
* I use Administrator to upgrade the bundle with the "Add Project" option, but I do not release (it means I click "cancel" if the Release windows appears ?)
* Then, I use Architect : I open the project (=the name of the bundle) and I use "Release plugins" at the root of the plugins tree, in order to release the whole plugins of the project with the specified users ? You mean the displayed releases are right if I use the Release Window ?

That methodology is correct, but I'm not too sure if your releases are!

Give it a test spin; it is intuitive.

When you create a bundle the release information is not included. Releasing plugins happens when the bundle is installed on the target system.
