When sending email to SalesLogix 7.5.3, single and double quotes from Outlook 2007 are being converted to junk characters such as â€. Is there a way to fix this?

apologies - I think this may have been fixed prior to our last upgrade. Further testing and checking shows the issue resolved on our current version.

Replaces characters that are inside the body by string allowed by html codes. Ref: http://ascii.cl/htmlcodes.htm
Example:
char = "<body><p>This a demó</p></body>"
char = replace ( char, "ó", "&#243;")

You could create a function that searches for all these cases.

Greetings.

Reemplaza los caracteres que estan dentro del string body por los codigos permitidos por html. Ref: http://ascii.cl/htmlcodes.htm
Ejemplo:
char = "<body><p>This a demó</p></body>"
char = replace ( char, "ó", "&#243;")

Podrías crear una funcion que busque todos estos casos.

Saludos.
