Importing New Tickets Your last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

I'm using scribe to import new Tickets from emails but having problems with specifying what the next ticket number should be. I thought it would be simple but apparently not. How do I go about fetching what to use for the next Ticket.ALTERNETKEYPREFIX and Ticket.ALTERNETKEYSUfFIX and then updating the SITEKEYS table to reflect it?
