We are looking for a Customized Outlook Integration that may be already developed by anyone out there. Or if not, we may consider investing in having it developed.

We concluded that the Outlook integration currently offered in Infor CRM SalesLogix (LAN) is not suitable for our needs due to administrative and security concerns. Administrative because it synchronizes far more than what we want it to synchronize (we only want meetings and invitations to synchronize and not the hundreds and even thousands of calls and to-dos); and security concerns because we want to limit access to only accounts in the Remote Sync User's territory. Also, we don't want them to use Xbar and also not allow users to have access to change the outlook integration sync preferences.

So, is there anything like that already out there? If not, who can we hire to develop it?

Have you looked at Orbis TaskCentre? I know they have Microsoft Exchange integration. I don’t know the full capabilities of the TaskCentre Microsoft Exchange Tool Pack but worth checking out.
