Greetings!

Just want to ask, aside from Administrator Saleslogix, how do we know if one concurrent user is currently log?

I'm facing a problem now the concurrent user cannot logged because the system prompts that "there are no concurrent licenses available for use"

but as per checking in Administrator, no currently concurrent user logged in

your kind advice will appreciated very much.

We have the same issue. Apparently there is a bug with the login count. We use SalesLogix 7.5.4. There is a hotfix that fixes this issue in hotfix 7 number 12091176. however this is for windows authenticaiton. We don't use windows auth however. Does anyone know if this hotfix might fix this issue or if another one will?
