Saleslogix(Infor CRM) 8.1 Outlook Integration help neededYour last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

Hi Everyone,

I am very new here, and I do not know tons about the inner workings of SLX.  We have an SLX setup and all seems to be working pretty good even with most of the Outlook integration.  We can save email in history and drag and drop with no issues.  Where the problem seems to lie is in the Sync process.  When I try to hit the SLX options button in my Outlook it throws the error below:

When we try to test the authentication it throws the error:

Right now we have authentication set to anonymous in the IIS settings.  I can telnet to the port on the server, but when I try to hit it through HTTP I get forbidden errors.  It appears that none of the syncing is working as none of our calendars are aligned with Outlook.  Do any of these errors give any clues?  I have done more troubleshooting but nothing is working, is there a possibility that this is a cert problem?  If so where do my certs need to be, I have already tried self signed certs on my client.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Brandon

Just wanted to post in case some else gets this error.  We solved this, there was a missing access list in the IIS settings, once we added the subnet of our new environment everything was fine.

Thanks,

Brandon
