Area - Category - Issue Matrix in Tickets

fiogf49gjkf0d I want to change the contents of this to reflect our industry but am having difficulty in finding where I should do it. I can't find it in Manage Picklists, the only thing I can find is Ticket Area which includes the Area Headings. however if I modify this in any way the changes are not reflected in the Client.
Can anyone point me to where I can edit this list/table? |

fiogf49gjkf0d The table is areacategoryissue. Under Tools, Manage there should be Area - Category - Issue. If you have an upgraded database you may need to turn this on for some users to see it.
Using a table is much better than the picklist approach when you have that much data variation. I recently did something similar to keep out of picklist hell. |
