					v5.2 Right Click not working

					fiogf49gjkf0d I have users reporting to me that their right click is not working properly.  They are tasked with merging contact records and I am not aware of any way other than right click to merge contacts.  Any idea why right click wouldn't be working?  I checked the Sage archived knowledge base and didn't see anything like this.   I'm stumped.

					fiogf49gjkf0d I have never seen this behavior.  
  Questions: What happens when the users right-mouse? Do they see the same behvior every where in SalesLogix? Does right-mouse work properly else where in windows? If you logon to the host as these users does right-mouse work?

  I have seen this in other versions, so I am not sure if this will apply to 5.2 or not.  It should as it is generally in the Menu add ons or security.  
  Here are a few places where users are limited:
  1.)  Menu (Script).  Verify that your users have access to the Merge functionality in customized menu 2.)  Menu in Security.  Go to Profile | Menus | Tools | Maintenance .  Verify this is not X'ed out. 3.)  Team Profile - Verify all fields are R/W 4.)  Read/Write Profile (or what ever the user's standard Profile | Security | Current Field Level Security)
