I have a registrations table (one2many) with the contact table. I need to create a contact group that displays all of the contacts for the current account that exist in the registrations table. Another group to display only the registrations that exist for the current contact. Is there a way to do this?

You should be able to use the Custom_RegTable.ID (Does contain data). And visa versa with a NOT.

If that does not work --> Check your joins.

Account --> Left join to Contact
Contact --> Inner join to Custom_RegTable
