Send SLX Buttom

fiogf49gjkf0d I have a user creating an email in Outlook and when she clicks on the Send SLX icon, the email is being saved to SLX but it is added the text "Professional Letter" in the notes and history.
Example:
Professional LetterDear Sam:
She doesn't see it in the email, just in SLX.
Please Help  |

Perhaps the user has built an HTML email template and set it as a stationary to default for all new emails.
In Outlook click TOOLS - OPTIONS - MAIL FORMAT (tab). Under the "Stationary and Fonts" section see if "Professional Letter" is set as the default stationary. |
