Implications of new join

fiogf49gjkf0d Hello, I have a client who wants a certain table to show up in the Replace data wizard. This table is a one to one off Opportunity_Products.
I added an opportunityID field to my custom table (C_Opportunity_Products) and created a global join from opportunity.OpporunityID to C_Opportunity_Products.opportunityID. And sure enough, my custom table is now in the Replace Data Wizard.
My Question: Is it safe to do this? Am I comprising any DB integrity? Anything I should look out for? This was actually suggested by tech support, but I want t cover my bases before I pursue further. Thanks
