SLX Version 5.2

When I look at my "Activities" and I go to my phone calls and look at the very first column, some of my calls show a circle indicating a "recurring" event and some of them are blank. Other rows show a half circle with an arrow on the end (its a circle moving clockwise), it is different than a "recurring" event but I don't know why it's there.

Does anyone know what the half circle means (it's more like a 75% circle with an arrow at the end)?
