My RO server has 90% of all the accounts we have.However, it doesnt have an account which belongs to team where the RO users have access to.

Doesnt all accounts which RO users have access to, included in the RO db cut ?Why is this account NOT included in that db.

Also , is there a way i can send an account to a RO if i see that account is not in my main DB?
