Hi all

Currently, we are testing SalesLogix (6.2.6) in a citrix environment.
Basically it works just fine, but we have one issue:

If a user is performing a mail merge (using Citrix client), the mail merge is processing till a message box appears.
The message box title says “confirm data source”. There is a list box in the box which contains a set of data sources (OLE DB, MS-Access over DDE, MS-Access over ODBC, IMADirectory over ODBC).

If the user selects another value than “MS-Access over ODBC” or “IMADirectory over ODBC”, the following error occurs: “The mail merge engine encountered a problem and cannot continue. Word could not open the data source.”

How can I prevent this selection from appearing?

Our environment:
- Windows 2003 Enterprise Server
- Citrix 4
- SLX 6.2.6
- Office 2003

If I start a mail merge on the server’s console, it work’s without this issue (the selection box doesn’t appear).

Any suggestions?

Best Regards,
Fellmer
