fiogf49gjkf0d Hi Everyone
SLX7.0.1 Terminal Services (Windows 2003)
I am with a client who has one user who cannot double click to open attachments nor will right click open work! They must do right click open with . All other users are fine!
Previously according to client (I have not seen this), this same user has exhibited the following behaviours in SLX ... a) When typing a note, SLX displays the characters the user typed in a different order!!!! ???? b) Information that is typed in to fields does not commit to the database, though no errors are displayed.
So I guess I have a corrupted user on my hands, but where should I be looking to find the corruption/missing row/something else?
cheers

fiogf49gjkf0d not so wacky after all, theres an option in admin for edit attachments (whadayaknow that for said user it was a wee red cross). The other problems I've not seen so will ignore unless they begin to happen constantly.
Thats two really dense posts in two days - sorry. My excuse is that I have spent the last month working with MSCRM and it has killed off much of whatever brain matter I had before!!!!!
See Ya

fiogf49gjkf0d Actually, thinking about it, I reckon that is a bug! Even with edit attachments disabled in your function security you can right click open with on the attachment to get it open.
Its not very serious I guess but it seems better to have been caught by a bug than my own stupidity |
