We have a custom Contact Detail View that we want ALL of our users to use. Is there an easy way to make this the default view for all of the users? When I change the contact view for an individual to use our custom view, it gets reset to the default SLX view after I make another modification to our custom view. I believe this is because the version has changed and the previous version is no longer active. How can I make the users use our custom view regardless of which version is active?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

In v6.2.x or v6.x just save your custom as the same name as the OOTB name. It's what you are supposed to do.
