Bonjour,

I don't see a notification Manager in v7. The escalation notification is not used in this version ?
In the Admin, System information,Offices,service/support tab the urgency button is present. But, I could add a new priority
and I don't see a button Add Alert and Add notification.
In priority 5 (Evaluation database) I see a one Alert and a notification...
Can you help me for searching a method to create this alert/notification or is a bug in this version, I sought a little everywhere without finding ...

There is NO notification manager in v7.0
You have to either:
A - Build your own from scratch
B - Use something like TaskCentre to re-create the functionality.

It's not a bug.. it was intentionally left out of v7. The partner community was polled to see if any clients were using notiification and only a couple were.

It's all in the documentation (somewhere

The fact that Notification manager was NOT part of v7 has been known since beta of v7 and was disclosed to all partners at that time in the Partner NewsGroups. It was also in the sneak peek documents as well.

If you are clever, you can use SalesLogix Contact Process to do what Notification Manager did.

It's also possible to just write a VB6 or .net app to do it as well.

If you are going to a "package".. I'd recommend TaskCentre over KnowledgeSync.
