Am I just crazy or was there not an attachment tab on the account view prior to 6.2.6? When I log in as Admin I see it. But the users only see it on the contacts and opportunity views?

I'm afraid you are crazy

- SLX has always had attachment at Acc/Con & Opp levels. Now it's a releasable plugin - are you sure you have it released?

Strangely enough, and I know, being crazy en all you simply won't believe me, but it's called "Attachments" ! In the Account/Contact/Opportunity active forms

However, this is ONLY for 6.2.6 or > - if it's missing in versions prior to this (as it was hardcoded) then you have a different issue (corrupted plugin).

Thank God it's Friday (and, hey, helps the hit count) - but from v7.0 onwards this is available as a customisable view and prior to that - they were hard-coded and you couldn't change them.

Hmm!

I only have one Attachments form and it is in family ticket and it is version 6.24. Actually there are three all under family ticket version 6.2, 6.21, and 6.24

Sounds like I have a missing plugin after 6.2.6 upgrade.

No, sorry - you have the right views for the version you have (see above) - customised attachments don't come in until 7.0

I called support and they were able to reproduce on their 6.2.6 system. Hmmm!

Got it fixed. From Archtect, Tools, Client Options, Main View Tabs the Sys and Vis where both checked so I clicked the Toggle Vis and tried logging into the client as one of my users and it magically returned!
