What is the best way to replace the Account Manager assigned to specific accounts (729+ records). We have a salesperson transitioning to another Dept and his accounts are needing to be reassigned. Do I need to use the replace data option under maintenance? Also, will the Activities assigned to the transitioning salesperson be reassigned to the new salesperson once the Acct Mgr field is changed to represent the new manager? I figure that will be a seperate change.

No, there is a tool/utility for that - go into Admin and select Tools | Manage | Territory Realignment. You put in the old sp and the new sp - job done ! Can also do activities too.

I am working with v6.2.6, there not a Territory Realignment option on the Tools Menu. Where is this feature with v6.2.6?

This is on the tools menu in the Administrator. Not in the SLX client.
