I just had a user retire who was the developer for nearly 300 ACO groups. Any ideas how to reassign those to her replacement so that he can edit them? I treid using SQL to change the userid and the developer. He still can't see them even though his name is now in the GUI Developer field.

Marc,

I am familiar with that functionality; I just didn't want to do it 292 times! :P

For anyone else who ever wondered how to handle this, the following script is courtesy of SLX support and worked quite nicely:

UPDATE sysdba.Plugin
SET (UserID ='', LockedID = '')
WHERE UserID =''
AND BasedOn IS Null
AND Type IN (8, 23)

Thank you Garrett!
