You have a bad "stuck" queue file. You have to delete it.
It's the "first one".

I am getting a similar error message:
Error in ProcessQueueFile
Error Msg: Socket Error # 11004

File 050317-1446429759820.qts_H”_1706 FileSize 0

How can I get rid of these messages?

Also, my queuefiles folder is filled with these .qts files dating back 3 years. What action do I need to take to correct this?

You do NOT have remotes right?
Normally I'd say just delete them.. but I'd have to know a lot more about your installation.

Have you contacted your BP or tech Support?

Thanks for the reply.

We do not have any remotes. The SalesLogix server is a terminal server and we have 25 users connecting with a terminal service application . We also have 20 users who have the client installed locally and connect that way.

We have contacted tech Support on this issue, but could never find out what the source was.

Occasionally the remote users can no longer use the application. We restart the OLEDB Provider on the SalesLogix server and everything seems to work fine. We have that service set to restart on failure, but in these instances we have to manually restart it.

Any additional information would be helpful.

There's a white paper out in terminal server/Citrix for SalesLogix. Look on the Support Site or contact your BP. Since it's copyright Sage SalesLogix I cannot post it.
