We need more information. Is this Citrix or a local install? Which version of SalesLogix? Which version of Intellisync? Which operating system? What actions do you take to make these error messages appear?

Hi David,

This is a Citrix install which uses version 6.2 of SLX. OS is MS Win Server 2003.
Could u let me know how to check the Intellisync version because its not there.
Since these issues have come from client side so there's no clarity as to what prompts these error messages.

Intellisync is installed under Program Files\SalesLogix. There will be a Intellisync and/or a SlxIntellisync directory. The SlxIntellisync directory is where the latest version of Intellisync gets installed. The related Intellisync directory is where the user config (cfg) files go. If the Intellisync directory is not there then you must not have installed Intellisync.

Do you have Advanced Outlook Integration enabled in the SLX admin? Have you tried configuring Intellisync within a test user login? Have you published the Intellisync application to the users?

Also, copy the contents of the "Crystal" folder from the windows folder to System32.
