Connect to SLX from other domain Your last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

I have 3 domains: main office (SLXMAIN) in domain1, remote office (SLXREMOTE) in domain2 and user in domain3. User can connect to main office (domain1). But when he connect to remote office(domain2) he have error:

Could not connect to database server.

Suggested areas to verify:
- Ensure database server is running.
- Ensure SLX Server aliases are configured correctly and test connect successfully
(configured in Connection Manager).
- Ensure Oracle TNS names are configured and match exactly on SLX Server and Client machines

There is a trust relationship between all domains.

Any suggestions?

There was a problem with DNS in domain3
