SLX 7.0.1

Trying to use the Leads feature. There seems to be no way to record history to a lead record. For example, to record the fact that you called the lead a few times and only left a voicemail, or you've emailed them, etc...

Does anyone know when the ability to record history for leads will be added? They have the history tab and all there. Just no ability to add history or notes.

Seems very counter to the whole 'CRM' concept to not have this ability.

Not sure on when this will come. A very strong Sage BP, CRMatic, offers an add on for this. You may want to check it out on line. I agree, it should be there now.

Hmmm... Looking at that. Could be a good add-on. My only concern would be what happens later when SLX builds the functionality in.

Yes, I understand. It's dependent on how critical this is for your org. If you need it now, go ahead and buy it. It's done and ready. Or, simply wait until Sage decides to do it I guess. I have no idea on costs so it may be well worth the inquiry.
