Good day,

I can have several Sales Processes in SalesLogix, but would like one to be the default process to be selected whenever a new opportunity is created. Can I set one of my Sales Processes as default?

Regards

Ina

Yes, altough it is a per user setting.

Log into the Client as each user and access their opportunity Defaults (Cannot be done at the SalesLogix Administrator).
Navigate on the Menu as follows: Tools / Manage / Opportunity Default

On that screen, set the Default Sales Process

Thanks very much, Raul!

I will let all the users set their defaults during training.

Ina
