Word Attachments opening Slowly Your last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

I have an install of SLX 7.0.1 running in a citrix (v 9) environment. When a user logs in they can access the word (using word 2003) attachments just fine but after about an hour or so of regular use opening attachments takes 3-5 mins to open. When We have tried logging in as the same user on another machine, that second log in can open the attachment quickly but the first login still struggles.

This feels like some type of resource or memory issue but we can not pin this down. Has anyone encountered this
