We have a Proposal built in the Products tab and just noticed a line is missing. Each line has a number. Line 1 is gone. It starts at 2. Now we noticed it on another Opportunity as well. Line #13 is missing. It goes 11, 12, 14, 15. The thing is, the amount is still in total. I've checked the record on another client and it's missing from there too so its not the client. Ever see that before?

are these product package records? like a parts explosion (why we aren't dealing with true BOM records is beyond me....)

Don't know what's happened to the code here as we roll our own Opportunity Products Tab. You used to be able to CHANGE the line number.....also what happens when you Delete line 9? does it automagically renumber the next lines or do they simply stay the same....

PS: I actually know what this stuff is.......11 years with General Electric, 7 years with Hubbell, 1 year with Square D....

#10 is intentially blank. (just a line separator)

This is just a custom price list we imported in SalesLogix from day 1.

If I delete Line 9 I beleive it'll renumber everything but that missing product line is still calcualted in teh total. This is going to be one of those weird ones.
