SLX not Syncing with Outlook Anymore

Recently IT moved staff to a new Exchange box. Ever since, when users sync SLX with their Outlook, no changes/additions/deletions are captured. What I'm guessing is that the connection string is still using the old Exchange box name, not the new. How/where do I update so that it syncs with the new (correct) box?

You may need to reconfigure the users Intellisync configurations. Intellisync moves the data from SLX to Outlook.
Also, you can do this cleanly by: -Exit SLX -Delete the folders "C:\Program Files\SalesLogix\SLXIntellisync\UserID" and "UserID.cfg" -Open SLX -Reconfigure Intellisync
