DLL Err!

We have a client who has upgraded both SQL2005 and SLX v7 from SQL2000 and SLX 6.2sp3 this month. We find an error popping up saying "Cannot load DLL :'?????L?'" . Any ideas?

When does this error pop up? What actions do you take which generate the error? Was this during or after an upgrade? If so, the upgrade of which application?
