Instaling Networt Client (SalesLogix 6.2)

Hi all,
I am installing the network client saleslogix 6.2 and I have a problem when I install SLX_v62_SP6.
The PC has installed Windows Server 2003 SP2, Español.
When I install, I get the following error:
"El Servicio Windows Installer no puede instalar la revisión de actualización
porque no se encuentra el programa que se actualizará, o bien, por que la revisión
de actualización es para otra versión del programa.
Compruebe si el programa que desea actualizar está instalado en el equipo y si
dispone de la ervisión de actualización correcta"
Please help me. |

What sort of help do you need, Spanish-to-English translation?
Otherwise, I recommend that you attempt the translation yourself - as most of the participants in this forum appear to be English speakers.

The error is:
"The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch." |

Thanks - that makes much more sense to me 
Were there any errors during the 6.2 installation? Might be worth doing a reinstall of 6.2 and then trying again.

| If this is a new machine then this error cannot occur as, from the error, you can clearly see that it's attempting an upgrade. So, you should de-install as much as possible - delete the c:\pf\saleslogix folder and the keys in registry and the install again. |
