I want to replace an existing standard license with the premier license how i can do it ?

You don't replace....

A - Add the new one
B - Delete the old one

If it does not allow you to delete the old one.. you can delete the record from the License table w/a Delete SQL statement.. make sure you use a "Where" clause.

Some people do not delete the old one.. I always do.. cleaner.
