It is not certified with Windows 7 at this time. I personally haven't tried it but, being pretty much just Vista it should work. Only versions 7.0.2, 7.2.2 and 7.5 were/are compatible with Vista so, I suspect, only those versions would be checked for compatibility with Win7. |

I tested v7.5.0 as well as Beta 7.5.1 on Windows 7 beta. You get runtime errors that do not happen w/Vista Business. In just 5 minutes of testing, I ran into 15 to 20 catastrophic errors where Windows 7 is missing enumerations that cause SalesLogix to crash... and that was just the Windows client.. I did not even try to test the Admin or Architect.. and forget the Application Architect.
Don't expect any version of SalesLogix (except 7.5.x) to become Windows 7 certified.... and don't except it to happen until there is a real "gold" release (of Windows 7).
Microsoft has a long way to go w/Windows 7. Don't waste time on it right now. |

Only v7.5.0 will install on Vista w/out turning UAC off.. all others require UAC to be off for installation. |
